Welcome to the Yoga Room website - we are grateful for your visit. Our hope is that you explore all that we have to offer in assisting our students to Open their hearts and find peace and happiness. We are celebrating our 10th year Anniversary in October 2010. Please visit the schedule page and workshops to view the current offerings.
Have you always wanted to try yoga, but been afraid to? The Yoga Room is a space where you can breathe, quiet your thoughts, and connect to your body and mind through yoga. You will find a relaxed atmosphere that welcomes new students and visitors of all levels. Those with a need for Back Care, elders, or those with injuries should start with Beginner Yoga or Chair Yoga.
Beginners without restrictions can try Beginners or Simply Yoga and for those who are looking for a more physical practice and want to sweat , we offer Power Yoga for the Novice and Power Yoga. Also Boomer Yoga for the baby boomers who like power yoga but would like modifications. Give Yoga a try.....if you can breathe.. you can do Yoga!! Help bring balance to your life and allow Yoga to bring about the transformation that you seek :)
